Reports are receiving an error after the are prompted for the report prompts

 Problem Description : 

The user logs into Crystal web and trys to run a report. They are asked the prompts and then they receive an error. This is ususally due to the crystalweb password being changed due to upgrades being moved to PROD.

 

 

 

 Resolution : 

 

Log into the Management console. Click on Servers.

 

You will need to stop and start the 3 report services that are running.
