Crystal Web gives No License Available when logging in

 Problem Description : 

When user tries to logon to Banner Crystal Web InfoViewer they get an error stating all 10 licenses are in use. Usually this indicates some sessions were closed without logging off and are "hung up"

 

 

 Resolution : 

 

- Open the Crystal Web Management Console

- Go to "Sessions" in the drop down at top left of screen

- Verify that they looks to be hung up sessions (lots of open sessions for few users)

- Go to "Servers" in the drop down

- Select the OSPREYNEW.CentralManagementServer

- Under Actions do a Restart Server or click the Restart icon
