How to hide "System" option in the BI Launchpad logon screen in Crystal Server 2011

Problem Description : 

"System" option appears in the BI Launchpad logon screen in Crystal Server 2011

 Resolution : 

Resolution

1. Logon to server on which the application server resides. 

2. Open Central Configuration Manager (CCM) 

3. Stop the Tomcat server. 

4. Navigate to the following location:

C:\Program Files(x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\Tomcat6\webapps\BOE\WEB-INF\config\default\ 

5. Take the backup and open the BIlaunchpad.properties in a notepad or wordpad. 

6. Change the parameter cms.visible from true to false. 

7. Verify the correct cms.default option is specified as well. ex. FALCON:6401

8. Start the Tomcat server.
