Procedure to install SAP Crystal Reports 2011

Install Crystal Reports 2011

 Resolution : 

The SAP Crystal Report 2011 installation disc has been copied to the network at W:\New Machine Setups\Crystal Reports 2011\DATA_UNITS\CrystalReports (\\casper\d\) 

1. Navigate to the network location for the installation files.

2. Close all currently running programs when installing SAP Crystal Reports

3. Run Setup.exe from the directory

** installation will take a considerable amount of time to run (30+ minutes) **

4. Click Next on the screens that follow and agree to the terms.

5. When you get to the product activation screen choose one of the available keycodes below. When you choose one please update this 'Best Solution' with your name next to the key.

6. Choose Typical for the installation type

7. Click Finish on the last screen to complete the installation
