Receive ActiveX when trying to print from Crystal Web Reports

Problem Description : 

When trying to print from Crystal Web Reports, reveive a dialog that says:

"One or More ActiveX controls could not be displayed because either:

1) Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this 

page, or 

2) You have blocked a publisher of one of the controls.

As a result, the page may not display correctly."

 Resolution : 

A Windows Security update has caused the print function in Crystal Web to block printing in Internet Explorer. The Crystal Web site has been added to the domain group policy to be a trusted site. The user may need to either open DOS prompt and run gpupdate several times or log off and back on domain to cause the new policy settings to take effect. Once Crystal Web Reports is connecting as a Trusted Site (look in lower right corner of IE window), they will need to open Tools|Internet Options|Security and adjust the security level for Trusted Sites to Medium-Low.
