Crystal CSPrint error

Problem Description : 

Error when trying to print in Crystal Reports 2008. CSprintdlg

 Resolution : 

Found addition csprint.dll and csprintdlg_res_en.dll files in wrong folder on C:\ drive. 

Deleted cspritn.dll and csprintdlg_res_en.dll from users folder. 

To do this;

Make sure the user is not in crystal web

In Windows 7-

go to C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Local\Temp\CRViewer12

delete both files that are in this directory. 

In Windows XP-

go to C\DocumentsandSettings\"username"\localsettings\Temp\CRViewer12

delete both files that are in this directory.
