Stanley Scheduled Tasks not Running

 Problem Description : 

New students are not showing up in Stanley or new room assignments access is not being added to cards or the scheduled task in Stanley are failing. 

 

 

 Resolution : 

 

If new students are not showing up in Stanley or new room assignments access is not being added to cards check in stanley under the administrator tab and look at the scheduler to see if the tasks that are running have failed. 

If they have it usally means that the LS Data Exchange Service on the Stanley server is not running. Check the services and start the Data Exchange service. Once you have started the service go back into Stanley and start the tasks that have failed.
