New Courses not showing up in Winprism (Nebraska Books) System

 Problem Description : 

User reports that new courses are not showing up in Textreq. Textreq is a part of the Winprism (Nebraska Books) System.

 

 

 Resolution : 

 

If courses are not showing up in Winprism - check with the bookstore first to make sure the new course has been setup in Winprism.

If so, verify that the scheduled task Nebraska (which runs batch file nebraska.bat) is running on Vulture.

If so, make sure that the course(s) show up in the export file generated by the scheduled task.

If so, verify that the file was exported to the Winprism server (via FTP).
