Stanley ID System not updating from Banner

 Problem Description : 

Information in Stanley ID system doesn't update from Banner interface.

 Resolution : 

Check to ensure the SQL is creating an updated file.

1) Check that file \\crow\c$\gordon_card_export.txt is being created every 30 mins (at 15 and 45 past hour).

2) If file is being created, view/edit the file to see if the information is up to date and accurate with Banner.

If the export file is good, check that Stanley is importing data correctly.

1) Open the Onguard 2008 System Administrator

2) Go to Administration--> Scheduler

3) Verify the Next Run Time, Status and Last Run Time of the Gordon College Cardholder Import 1task

4) If Next Run Time is not correct, the task will need to be deleted and re-added with correct schedule (to run at top/bottom of hour)

5) If task status is Running and Last Run Time is incorrect (should be top/bottom of previous hour) do following:

a) Right click the task and click "Stop Action"

b) Open the services manager on Crow server on KVM

c) Restart the LS Linkage Server and LS DataExchange Server

d) In System Administrator right click the task to see if Status updates to Not Running
