Satisfying Everfi Holds

Sqls for Everfi

 Resolution : 

IN EVERFI

Log in to Everfi  - https://everfi.com/log-in/  - Choose EVERFI platform at bottom of page

Go to the Dashboard Tab

Under AlcoholEDU for College click on the blue tab See Students By Group

Click on the blue See All Students Tab

Under the Group Drop Down Click on and check all 4 groups

Under the Progress Drop Down Click on and check In Intersection, Part 2 Ready and Part 2 Complete

Under the Exam Drop Down choose Passed

Click the Download button and then choose standard report.  This will prompt you to open in Excel.

IN EXCEL

The only column you really need is the GCID#  - You can sort by last login date and only keep those from the last time you ran the report and satisfied the holds.

Look at the ID Column and look for any that do not have a correct 929# - If it is wrong you can fix it on the spreadsheet then click on the name in Everfi and edit the ID number and correct it there as well.  It pays off in the long run to correct them in Everfii.

Right Click on the student ID column, go to format cells, choose custom, place curser under type – where it says General type in ‘0’,    This will format the column the way you need it for the sql.

Copy the 929 numbers

IN TOAD

Go to N:/csd/tracy/sqls/TitleIXsqls

Open the Satisfy 9A Alcohol Edu Holds

Copy and paste the GCID’s from the spreadsheet into the sql replacing the ones already in the script.

Remove the last , and add a ) after the last GCID number

Run the Script    BE SURE TO COMMIT!!!!!!

Repeat this Process for the SAPU Module – Remove the 9H Hold

Repeat This Process for the SAPG Module – Remove the 9P Hold

Be very careful about the script you are running – be sure it is the right one.

Also COMMIT at the end
