Setting Up Public Safety Officer Accounts

Additional Account Setup for PS Officers

 Resolution : 

After Setting up Banner and Network Accounts - do the following for Public Safety Officers

Log into Banner Web - Choose Web Tailor Admin - then update user roles - be sure to check on the role of Public Safety

Go to OnGuard - System Admin - ID Card - Access Levels and check ALL DOORS for PS Officers.
