Banner Process won't run - error that job is already running

 Problem Description : 

When submitting a Banner process, it does not run and puts error in the .log file

* You cannot submit this job - it is already running. *

* *

* You will also get this message if a previous run of *

* this program aborted. If this is the case, the *

* control record for that run must be deleted before *

* proceeding. (GJBPRUN record for this jobname with *

* a -1 one-up-no). *

* 

 Resolution : 

- Do a select on GJBPRUN and find record with same process name and one-up number of -1

- Delete/remote this record
