Automation Error in Raiser's Edge or Financial Edge

 Problem Description : 

Receiving and Automation error when trying to save in Raiser's Edge

 

 

 Resolution : 

I did not remember that when we looked at your problem with RE last time that we determined that Blackbaud acknowledges that there is a problem, but that they do not have a solution to it as of yet. Here is the point in their Knowledgebase. I remembered it after we hung up.

Alternate Solution: 1. After completing the WealthPoint search, save and close the record. 2. Open the record to add any annotations or other information.
