Turn off reading layout for MS Word attachments

Problem Description : 

When opening an MS Word attachment from Outlook, it opens in Reading Layout mode instead of Normal Mode.

 Resolution : 

To disable it, open Word's Tools, Options, General tab and uncheck the option to start with the reading layout.
