Digital Signature on PDF Document Action Forms

Problem Description : 

Wrong dialog box comes in to add a new digital signature to website pdf forms.

 Resolution : 

Close IE, reopen IE. Install the adober reader. Afer installing reader, right click on the program in the list of programs. Click restore to an earlier version. After this, the correct dialog box will open in IE.
