Campus Visit Day - How to run scripts and print check in Bar Coded Forms

Intructions on how to print check in forms for CVD

 Resolution : 

The script that you run to create your excel spreadsheet is N:\csd\tracey\sql\csd sqls\cvd scripts. The file is called script to print scan sheets.  Run this and save in n:\csd\campus visit day Be sure to use the correct Event Code. It is hard coded in the script.

 Open the merge file N:\csd\campus visit day.  It is called cd merge document. Connect it to your data file and merge.

Print to Admissions printer. Have then scan the barcode to be sure that it is correct.
