Outlook receives "Microsoft Exchange is unavailable" when launching

 Problem Description : 

When launching Outlook, especially first time user to a PC, receive error message stating "Microsoft Exchange is unavailable" when Outlook is configuring the profile.

 

 

 Resolution : 

 

On Pegasus, check that the Microsoft Exchange System Attendant is running. Has not started after Windows Update and reboot.
