Offcampus email not being received in Outlook

 Problem Description : 

Email messages send from offcampus are not being delivered to any user outlook accounts. Checking SPAM Firewall shows a large number of items in the Outbound Queue but the Queue Viewer on Pegasus is empty. Clicking on the number of Outbound Messages opens a list of entries and some have status of "Insufficient Recources" on Pegasus

 

 

 Resolution : 

 

The C: drive on Pegasus is too low on free space to process the messages. Disk space will need to be cleaned up. Some places to start:

c:\windows\logs

c:\windows\system32\logfiles

c:\intetpub\logs

 

When deleting logfiles, you will receive warning that some logfiles cannot be deleted. This are usually the active logs and can be skipped.
