Sleep/Wake for Printers in BO TGRRCPT Process - MANAGED SERVICES

 Problem Description : 

When the receipts will not print

 Resolution : 

If you pull up GJASWPT for Process TGRRCPT and Printer B760_GDNP14471 you can see the time of next execution is 6/29/2018 when it should be a time in the future.

The "Continue to Run" parameter needs to be changed to N and saved and then TGRRCPT needs to be run with the start Sleep/Wake parameter set to Y. These steps will need to be done for both printers.
