Submitting CIR

In Banner GUI from GJAPCTL run the ZORCIRR Process

CIR Filename is /tmp/cir001575

ctrl pagedown and save

Go to WS-FTP and move file from /gdn01/banproc to c:\temp

Be Sure to check the ASCII button

Go to the Internet http://www.usg.edu/oiit/eas/rcowebapps.html

Click on the file transfer

click on browse and find the file in your c:\temp directory

Transfer ASCII

Submit

Email a message to ciredit@usg.edu

REMOVE YOUR SIGNATURE

subject request:CIR: 001575 edit replace

you will receive email back - forward to Brenda

run this process until correct - Once everything is correct send release email

request:CIR: 001575 edit release

Send emailed report to Brenda.
