These are instructions for the registrars office to run the annual HS Feedback Submission
Instructions for submitting HighSchool Feedback!
1. 1. You will get the following email from OIIT. It will tell you the reporting terms. Once you have the reporting terms do the following steps.
2. Ask Computer Services to run the /gdn00/scripts/gasis_permission.sql
3. login into dino and go to the GUAHOST prompt
4. type cd /gdn01/prodhome/links
5. type sh gasis.shl (This will give you a SQL> prompt)
6. type @gasis1.sql at the SQL> prompt you should see the following.
$ sh gasis.shl
SQL*Plus: Release 9.2.0.6.0 - Production on Fri Jul 6 10:38:46 2007

7. type @get_zorhsfb.sql
8. Call computer services and ask them to run /gdn00/scripts/gasis_permission_fix.sql
2. From Banner INB run ZORHSFB in GJAPCTL
Use Beginning and Ending Term that they send you
File name is /tmp/GORHSFB
3. Go to WSFTP
Change your local directory to c:\temp
Change your remote directory to /tmp
From the remote side move the file to the local side – be sure to check the ASCI radial.
Once the file is moved, rename the file to feedback29
4. Go to the FTU site <http://www.usg.edu/oiit/eas/rcowebapps.html>
Click the File Transfer Utility and log in using the fice code (including the ‘s’)
Browse and find and select your data file.
You will receive a message that the transfer was successful when complete.
5. Email a message to feededit@usg.edu <mailto:feededit@usg.edu>
The subject line should be as follows:
Request:FEEDBACK: 29 edit replace (Send it this way until all errors are fixed)
Or
Request:FEEDBACK: 29 edit release ( Once all errors are corrected and you are ready to release the info)
You will receive the reports back once you release it.
