Banner Security for BO's consultant database

 Problem Description : 

can't run the reports from the consultant's database in the business office

 Resolution : 

In order to run the reports from the Access database that a consultant created for the Business Office, the user needs the roll of Ban_default_QL. You add that in bansecr as an additional role.
