Bookstore charges not posting in banner

 Problem Description : 

The bookstores cash registered do not balance if a transaction that was taken at the register did not post in banner. 

 Resolution : 

If the bookstore calls because they can not balance the register because charges did not post to a students account in banner you will need to

1. find the file in archives directory on pebbles that contains the students charge 

2. copy it out to the /home/winprism directory for the process to pick it back up.
