Bookstore Sample Schedules

 Problem Description : 

Bookstore needs sample schedules for training purposes

 Resolution : 

The bookstore will need sample student schedules each term to be able to train new student workers.

To do this you will need to: 

Run the sample_schedule_picker.sql located 

N:\csd\TRACY\SQL\Bookstore SQLS\sample_schedule_picker

Make sure you select a range of student majors for the bookstore to train with.

Run the script and pick a few students from each major 

Log in to banner web and choose 

faculty services

student menu

view student schedule

once you have selected your students type in their GCID and view schedule

Print to adobe pdf

Save as; N:\Bookstore\bookstore_sample_schedules
