Canon Copier/Printer not accepting Dept ID when printing

Problem Description : 

Canon Copier/Printer gives security error after entering the Dept ID in the popup box when user send job to printer

 Resolution : 

On KITE server, do a restart on the Canon Driver Assist Service.
