Checking CSD Departmental Voice Mail

Computer Services Departmental Voice Mail

Yes, we once again have department voice mail. Like before in the Student Center, there is no light or indicator to show when we have vmails so we need to check it on a regular basis.

To check vmail:

1. Press the VMAIL button on your phone (left button on the top row of option buttons).

2. When prompted to enter your password, press the # key. Do not your personal voice mail password.

3. When prompted to enter an extension, press the # key again.

4. When prompted to enter the number of the mailbox, enter 5008 

5. When prompted to enter the password, enter the password (duh!)

6. Follow voice mail menus to retrieve/delete the vmails.
