Checking and Increasing Server Disk Quota

 Problem Description : 

When a Student, Faculty or Staff runs out of disk space on the server

 Resolution : 

This steps are done from a DOS command prompt.

1. If not already mapped, map m: drive by doing

net use m: \\hawk\d$

2. Run command "quota_edit"

3. Enter "m:\" as the volume to check

4. Enter user's network username

5. Enter new quota if needed.

NOTE: If not changing the quota, do not just leave quota field empty and press ENTER. This will set quota to 0 (zero)
