eCompass - Reprinting score sheets & looking up student names

 Problem Description : 

Below instructions are for:

1 - reprinting score sheets for student tests

2 - looking up how student entered last name on firt test and now receiving error that name does not match for their ID

When a student takes test for first time, they must type in their ID and last name. On all future tests, they must type in ID and last name EXACTLY as they did on first test. If they don’t match they get an error. In that case, you must lookup in eCompass system how student typed in their last name. Often there are typos, case issues, etc.
