Update the Immunization Extension Date for NSO printing

Problem Description : 

For each NSO, Admissions office may request the extension date be changed for the forms they print and have students sign.

 Resolution : 

- Log onto Banner Web

- Modify the para2 infotext entry for HTML_REGIS.p_immunization_extension to be requested date. 

Web tailor - Customize a Web Menu or Procedure

Search for update date and submit changes HTML_REGIS_immunization_extension 

Go to bottom and click on Customize Information text

Make needed changes.

- update immun_extension_update.sql located in vulture/batch/NSO folder

Change Term and Date in this sql
