How to do the Touchnet Audit

 

1.Send in a ticket to customercare@toucnet.edu and ask them to send you a list of all users and their roles in Paypath.  When you get this back save in the Audit folder for TouchNet as Paypath Users and roles.

 

2.Login to Touchnet UCommerce click on the Administration Tab, Choose User Management, Choose the Download CSV button, open in Excel.  Sort the file by the STATUS field and delete all of the disabled accounts from the list.  Save the file as Active Users in your audit file and attach to the audit when sent to the Bursar.

 

3.Next do you Payment Gateway Merchant Role and Payment Gateway Users File.  In ucommerce go to Applications and then Payment Gateway.  Choose Users, then Export User Information.  Open in Excel.  Save the file as Payment Gateway Users in your audit folder.  Next Click on Merchant Role View under the users menu.  Choose to Export the Merchant roles in to an Excel Document.  Save this as Payment Gateway Merchant Roles in your audit folder.  

 

 

4.Marketplace – Got to Applications and then Marketplace.  System Administration, User Settings and Users. Open up a blank work document and snap or screenshot each of the areas on the screen.  Be sure to view all on the Merchant Manager because there are over 100 of them.  Paste it all in a doc and save as Market Place Users in you audit folder.

 

5.Send all files to The Bursar for approval.
