Install Ryarc Campaign Manager and Flypaper Express

 Problem Description : 

Steps to install Digital Signage software (Ryarc Campaign Manager) and Power Point to Shockwave converter (Flypaper Express)

 Resolution : 

Installing Campaign Manager

1) Open "w:\New Machine Setups\Ryarc Campaign Manager" folder

2) Launch "RyarcCampaignManager6 x86.exe". If you receive error that .NET Framework 4.0 is required, launch "dotNetFx40_Full_x86_x64.exe" to install it and then relaunch Campaign Manager install

3) Most prompts during install can be standard/default with following exceptions:

-- Only set to install Campaign Manager. Set Player, Dappler and Node Server to "Not Available"

-- Install fo SimDX Runtime may also launch. Follow standard/defaults for it.

After install, initial login info is as follows:

Server: digisign (will need to type in first time, after that it will be in the drop down)

Username format: gordon\username (enter gordon, the back slash and campaign manager username)

Installing Flypaper:

1) Open "w:\New Machine Setups\Ryarc Campaign Manager" folder

2) Launch "FlypaperExpress_Setup.exe" to install

Flypaper Licenses (update/maintain as installed). Use the enduser's name/email when registering:

If Fly Paper has to be reinstalled, you will need to call the company at (866) 852-6700 or submit a support ticket at http://www.flypaper.com/content/support. Response time was 12 - 24 hours.
