Quickbooks startup after Hawk reboot/restart

Problem Description : 

After rebooting Hawk, Facilities is unable to access their Quickbooks data on Hawk.

 

 

 Resolution : 

 

After Hawk is rebooted, there are a couple of items that must be set/checked to allow Facilities to access their Quickbooks data.

 

1 - Open Hawk on KVM

2 - Verify in Service Manager that the 2 Quickbooks services started successfully

3 - Launch All Programs->Quickbooks->Quickbooks Database Server Manager

4 - Add folder d:\d_root\po to folders that contain Quickbooks company files

5 - Click Scan and Quickbooks should locate d:\d_root\quickbooks2007_data\Gordon College Facilities.QBW file

6 - Minimize the Database Server Manager...do not close it
