Openning two Banner INB sessions

 Problem Description : 

When user opens second INB session the first INB session will close.

 Resolution : 

1. launch Internet Explorer 

2. select Tools | Internet Options | Advanced tab

3. find the "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts" option under the Browsing section and remove the check mark.

4. Click Apply and OK

5. Close all Internet Explorer windows and relaunch Banner INB. The user should be able to launch more than one session of INB.
