Removing Degreeworks Users

Problem Description : 

How to remove Degreeworks users

 Resolution : 

To remove a Degreeworks user, login in to the DW apps server using dwadmin.

Then open the terminal and run the command "bannerextract deleteid <<gcid>>" where the <<gcid>> is the id of the user to be deleted.

Then check the log file created from the job to determine if the user was successfully deleted.
