Reset Extreme switch to factory settings

Problem Description : 

Steps for resetting an Extreme switch back to factory settings

 Resolution : 

- If needed, connect console cable

- If switch will not allow logon, enter command REBOOT AS MASTER-CAPABLE in all calls

--- This can happen if switch was pulled from a stack without doing an unconfigure

- logon to switch and run command "unconfigure switch all" and switch will reboot into factory mode
