Segregation of Duties (SOD)

Problem Description : 

Instructions to complete SOD (run ZAQSDAR & ZAQSCLS)

 Resolution : 

ITS HAS TO RUN THIS NOW.  WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS.  Send in a ticket to DBA and ask her to run the two processes zaqsdar and zaqscls.  They will place a file on the Move_iT site.  Get those files and give to compliance Officer.  They will work with data owners.  Make any changes requested and request new file after all changes are made.  Give new files to Compliance officer for submisions to ITS.

Login to Pebbles as Banmgr

cd /upgrades/banner/gamod/gamod8.27.2/gamod8272

mkdir SODmonthYear

cd into the directory that you created

sqlplus bansecr/password

@zaqsdar

@zaqscls

The csv & txt files should have been produced 

Copy the files to your computer and email them to the SOD group
