Setting up Users for U.Commerce.Payment Gateway and Bill+Pay

How to set up users for U.Commerce, Payment gateway, and Bill+Pay

 

 

 Resolution : 

 

Adding a user to U.Commerce – Bill Pay+ and Payment gateway

 

1.       Login to U.Commerce as c20805.admin and Ucommerce99$ (If password needs to be reset the answer to all questions is Gordon)

2.       Click on User Management, then create user

The username always begins with C20805.XXXXXX and add password. Password must meet all requirements Upper, lower, Number and Symbol and at least 8 characters.

3.       Choose Roles and add necessary roles by copying over. Unless user is an admin, you will choose view u.commerce and view dashboard. SAVE

4.       Next click on OPCenter and choose Payment Gateway

 Choose Users then Add New User

6.       In Username put in Gordon network username – Password does not have to have symbol in it.

7.       In U.commerce login field put the original U.commerce login ex. C20805.laurah

8.       Choose the roles that are designated that they need and save

9.       Now go to OPCenter and Bill+Payment

10.   Choose Administrative then Administrative Users

11.   The ass User to Bill Payment

12.   Choose the username from the select user list 

13.   Choose role of TBP Adminstrator

When notifying users the only username and password that they we need is the original U.commerce username which will begin with c20805.XXXXX and the original password.
