Adding Security for someone to run ZOAGARP

Problem Description : 

Adding security so someone can run Zoagarp.

 Resolution : 

1.Add the user to the GDN_ZOAGARP group in the Banner Security

2.Add the user to the GUAIDEN in BANNER INB

Add the user to the ZOAGARS in BANNER INB
