Reassigning Advisees

 Resolution : 

When a request is sent in to reassign advisees you will need to run the change_advr.sql located on n:\csd\TRACY\SQLS\Registrar SQLS

You will need the readmit term and the effective term and the old and new advisor GCID's. 

The script inserts new Primary Advisor record for faculty who have left based on the last term attended and a readmit term to keep from inserting rows for students no longer attending
