Creating Upward Bound ID Cards for Summer Camp

 Resolution : 

All of these cards start with 98000 - You have to find the Last (highest)number used before beginning.

 If the counselor already has a Car

 1. Go to Badge and Modify - Change the Status to Lost - OK

 2. Now Add - Change the dates to one day before the begin date and one day after the end date. OK Choose Default popup (copy)

 3. Change the term on the Cardholder page to current term. OK

New CARD

 Enter Name and GCID # on card (98000XXX) Tab through do not hit enter.

 Card ID is 8000XXX

 Badge Type is Access

 Department is Upward Bound

 Building is Upward bound

 Go to Badge tab and change dates then capture button at bottom to add the BOB picture. Use Bob 2 in the Stanly folder.
