ADP Password Reset

 Problem Description : 

User needs an ADP password reset. These are requested through HR.

 Resolution : 

User must have a digital certificate from ADP and security access to reset ADP Passwords

1. Go to https://netsecure.adp.com

2. Click ok on the digital certicate dialog box

3. Login with ADP User Id and password

4. Enter ADP User Id for user that needs password reset under Find Users. Click on Find button.

Note: it is best to know the ADP user id of the user. Search can be difficult and is slow because it searches the entire USG database if wildcards are used. 

5. Click on the user's name when the results appear

6. Verify that the email account is a Gordon account. If not the user is either at another school which means it is an incorrect user id or the person registered with their personal email account. Follow-up with HR if not sure. 

7. Click on the Reset Password link on the left-menu

8. Click the Reset Password button to complete the process. User should receive a temporary password to the email account on record within minutes.
