ESAR file Creation for new aid year Financial Aid

Problem Description :

Resolution :

Financial Aid requested update to the PC based processing for esar combines for Aid Year 1112.

She said the files needed were same as Aid Year 1011.

Under n:\finaid\IAM\data, did the following:

1 - Copied 1011esarcombine.bat to 1112esarcombine.bat

2 - Edited 1112esarcombine.bat and changed all 1011 instances to 1112. Changed the archive11 folder to archive12.Changed esar11.files instances to esar12.files

3 - Copied esar11.files to esar12.files

4 - Edited esar12.files and changed all wildcards to be 12*.* instead of 11*.*

5 - Created an archive12 folder
