Instructions on how to set up and remove users in Expression Engine

 Resolution : 

Setting up a new user in Expression Engine

Login: www.gordonstate.edu/admin.php

Select Members from the top navigation and then select Register Member

Fill out the form

Update the Expression Engine Users & Channels excel document located at N: csd/Expression Engine

Email the new user the documentation and instructions also location at N: csd/Expression Engine (Expression Engine Instructions.pdf & Expression Engine Documentation.docx)

Removing a user from Expression Engine

Login: www.gordonstate.edu/admin.php

Select Members from the top navigation and then select View All

Select the user that needs to be removed

Under Member Administration's left navigation select Member Preferences

For the Member group Assignment select Banned then click Update

Under Members from the top navigation select User Banning

Update the fields with the user's information that needs to be removed, click Update

Update the Expression Engine Users & Channels excel document located at N: csd/Expression Engine
