Graduation Cards - how to Scan

 Problem Description : 

How to scan the gradualtion cards into Banner

 Resolution : 

Plug a hand held scanner to you PC

Log into Banner INB

Go to GEAATTD

For the Event Choose The Graduation for that term

For the Function choose GRAD

shift page down to next area

place your curser into the ID field and scan the bar code on the card

the tab will move to the response field. Either choose or type in WALK and press your down arrow key.

This wall bring it to a new record and you can scan the next one.

Be sure to save often.
