How to do the BDMS audit

From TOAD run the Users_Group_Profile_Report_ALL.sql - Export it to Excel and create a file. Save it in your audit file for that semester.  Sort it by Group and create a separate sheet for each group.  Send the Audit verbiage to each data owner and have them approve their tab.
