Network Browsing on Domain not working

Problem Description : 

Opening Network Neighborhood or doing "net view" command gives error. Total Defense AutoDiscovery not functioning.

 Resolution : 

On all Domain Controllers, restart the browser service. Rebuilding the browser data will take 15 or more minutes after restarting.
