 Problem Description : 

reset login for Parscore

 Resolution : 

Remote into parscore machine (gdn10825 as of 5/6/2010)

From the parscore machine go to N:\Parlan6 and double click on PSADMIN.exe

Logon with Administrator parscore

Highlight any users that show yes for logon status and click on reset login

Exit
